I managed a challenging project to develop a LEED ND - framed subarea plan for nealry 100 acres in Ashland Oregon. The team was great, with architects Marcy McInelly, Joseph Readdy, Laurence Qamar, and Bill Molnar and Brandon Goldman at the City. We held a successful week-long charrette. The graphic above is from a SketchUp model that I completed in order to assess and codify the view of a nearby bluff.
